Summary: Tell the truth? I'm a believer
Comment: I recently picked up this latest offering from Tinsley Ellis from the library and liked it so much I had to order a copy for myself.Like "Shaq" Goldstein,I had heard Tinsley in the past but he for some reason didn't knock me out.That's changed with "Moment of Truth" and I need to re-check other cd's by him.I like every song on here especially "You're Gonna Thank Me".A truly moving song.There is also a variety of moods on this CD from the rockin' "Somebody" to the very mean "Sleep On It".If this CD was a guitar in Guitar Player magazine it would get a "Pick Award".Here at Amazon it totally deserves 5 Stars.

Comment: I have the pleasure of owning both "Moment of Truth" and "Live, Highwayman". Tinsley Ellis is the quintessential blues-rock artist and I recently had the opportunity to see him and his band play on 13-June-2008. I have been infused, inspired, and affected by his authentic brilliance, eloquence, and style. Genius comes in so few forms---do yourself a favor and see his genius live; there is nothing like it on the planet. These CDs are seriously good; the man has skills.

Very powerfull and clean. I really like it and should
purchase more of his cd's. Get yours now.
I enjoy his strong playing. Lyrics are very good also.
Some cd's I have to listen a couple of times and than I get
hooked. The first time I listened I was hooked.
