All around it flowed nice with my own practice and that with my students' practices. Some songs, just so appropriate (ie: "Remember to breathe"). This is a great CD!!I am really happy I purchased it,alot of my students have commented on it, saying they really like it. It has a real lounge like feel to it. I just LOVE the first track and all the other ones just fall into place.It varies from peacful tracks to more upbeat, giving a good flowing movement to it,wich is great for more flowing Yoga classes. As a yoga teacher I find a hard time finding a CD where I like all of the songs. I usually have to pick certain songs and make my own CD to take to my classes, not the case with this one.
