Summary: Truly one of the greatest Soul balladeers ever.
Comment: Universally recognized and revered as one of THE soul ballad's master singers. Peabo Bryson is nonetheless an underrated singer who has only received the success and acclaim he so deserves sporadically. Most of his big Capitol hits are featured here but it would have been nice to have more LP-only tracks also included. If you are a fan of classy, smooth and timeless romantic R&B/Soul music...waste no time in getting this fabulous CD.

Comment: To me Peabo Bryson has one of the most clear and magical voices I have ever heard.I mean Peabo has the perfect voice.He puts so much emotion and feeling into every song that he sings,I mean it's almost like he's actually singing to you personally.I love this collection.It has every song that I love on it,it is definitely worth the money.I am so in love with this man.My personal favorites are,"Feel The Fire","I'm So Into You","I Can Make It Better","Closer Than Close","Tonight I Celebrate My Love For You",and "We Don't Have To Talk About Love". Basically, what I'm trying to say is that if you like Peabo Bryson you are definitely gonna love this collection,I guarantee it.

Comment: I've reviewed a few other Peabo cds and I always say the same thing; his voice is magical and beautiful. He is so talented and this is some of his best work.
If you are new to his music (where have you been?), then this is a good starting point, but for his bigger fans, this is only a sprinkle of material and there are many more popular songs than represented here. I give this 5 stars for the voice that is so smooth and heavenly, but realistically, he has zillions of cd's with his hits on them and there really isn't anything special here. I do still love Can You Stop The Rain and If Ever You're In My Arms Again.
Check this out for his voice, but get a few of his cds for more variety.
