Summary: Lovely CD
Comment: This is a lovely CD. It would be very nice as a lullaby CD. I sometimes put it on when my four-year old is overactive or overstimulated, and it creates a wonderfully soothing atmosphere. When I began playing it during bathtime, the whole experience became less an exuberant bout of high-octane water play and instead a less-frenetic way to wind down for the day -- even with lots of play. Highly recommended.

Summary: Exceptional melodies
Comment: Not only are the melodies absolutely beautiful, but each song that is printed in the coverlet has an explanation of the song's origins. So interesting as a parent to read this! My baby enjoys these songs when she's having quiet play or when she is ready to go to sleep. Parents and babies will truly love this CD!

Summary: Simply beautiful singing
Comment: Truly beautiful, truly relaxing this cd brings something new to the classical baby genre: beautiful voices. Classical Baby stands out! I wouldn't be surprised if this cd wins even more awards than all of Susie Tallman's other great releases. My kids and I love listening to this sublime cd!

Summary: WOW!!!!
Comment: Susie Tallman's Classical Baby is a WOW!! Who needs 'Baby Mozart" when you have this unique blend of classicals? Susie's perfect vocals are in this cd to soothe and calm at any time.... even the toughest of child temperments. One of my favorites is the Ave Maria. All 4 of my children (ages 5,6,8,9) all calm down when I play this cd. Gather around and just let your ears and mind relax and drift. Thank you, Susie, for creating another classic.

Summary: Classical Melodies Delight and Soothe!
Comment: This is a beautiful, very classy and well-done CD! The voices are lovely and I was very excited to find a CD of "Classical Music and Lullabies" for children that uses real instruments rather than synthesizers. It is nice having the few instrumental songs along with the voices to complete the album which is over 60 minutes long--gorgeous. This will be our new baby gift.

Classical Baby from Rock Me Baby Records, introduces beautiful, soothing melodies to both parent & child, by some of the most important classical composers including, Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Debussy, Dvorak and Brahms. Rock Me Baby Records has been producing lullabies, nursery rhymes & children’s songs since 1999. As a classical trained singer from UCLA, the New England Conservatory of Music, and the San Francisco Symphony Chorus, Susie Tallman wanted to provide a CD of classical music for her audience of parents who are interested in exposing their children to a wide variety of music in order to calm & soothe their children as well as educate; by exposing the parent & child to various languages (German, French, Italian, Latin, Czech, Dutch) and instrumentations (string quartet, piano, harp, choir, organ).
