Customer Rating: Summary: just delightful Comment: I got the CD yesterday and I have not stopped listening to it. I am planning to buy two more for family. It is a very uplifting CD, just terrific!
Customer Rating: Summary: This album rocks Comment: The Greatest Hits is the best album yet! The best song is Man I Feel Like a Woman. I discovered this song on the radio and this was the first time I had ever heard Shania and I loved and that is how I discovered Shania Twain. I love all of the songs on the album. Shania rocks!! You will love her if you have never listened to her and you will love this album if you have never heard it. Highly recommanded album!!
Customer Rating: Summary: Shania's Greatest Country Music Comment: This album has all the greatest hits, but the reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because it is targeted toward a country music audience.
For those who like the rock sound in Shania's albums (like me), you may be disappointed. For example the song "That Don't Impress me Much" is missing its famous guitar solo in the background, and "From this moment on" is missing the vows in the beginning.
The new recordings are great, but are pure country, in content and style. Personally, I prefer the depth of Shania's mix of rock and country like in her hits of "Ka-Ching" and "Man, I feel like a woman!" I'll be waiting for her newest album release.
Customer Rating: Summary: worth a listen Comment: This album was perfect for me as I've liked a lot of Shania's singles but amn't really such a huge fan that I'd buy all her albums. Its got all the hits I know and a few I didn't so am happy with it. There are two versions of Party For Two which I felt was a little pointless as except for a change of singer dueting with Shania it was the same.
Customer Rating: Summary: ron's review 2 Comment: Received the cd and it did not work just shows error on all my cd players

Shania Twain--recluse, happily married, mother of one--has sold more than 40 million albums with flirty, hook-laden, beat-heavy, country-tinged pop that has all the subtlety of a musical wet T-shirt contest, yet is as irresistible as Swiss chocolate and Pringles. There are a few heartfelt, moon-in-June love ballads on this generous and long-awaited 20-song collection, which includes three new songs along with all the predictable chart-toppers and near-chart-toppers. But it's the mostly nonstop, uptempo booty-shakers--too often with garish overproduction and vapid lyrics--that, for the unconverted, tend to run together after a while. No doubt, this relentlessly upbeat retrospective will keep Twain's millions of fans jumping up and down on their sofas. --Bob Allen Recommended Contemporary Crossover LeAnn Rimes, This Woman | Faith Hill, Faith | Dixie Chicks, Top of the World Tour | LeAnn Rimes, Blue | Faith Hill, Breathe | Martina McBride, Martina |
