Summary: Romanticizing The Grit of the City
Comment: This isn't daiseys and clover but it has a pulse of its own. I love all kinds of music (but not all music). This is a nice blend of hip hop, smooth jazz, with a little touch of up tempo lounge music. There is a lot of variety of groove here. I stumbled on this CD. Sometimes you find great things when you aren't really looking for it. Add this one to your collection. You will find it will work in a lot of settings from Saturday afternoon, a lead in to an evening that will eventually get quiet and romantic, to something to listen to in the car coming home from work.

Comment: i had randomly bought the CD in the store and when i got it home & put it in the CD player i had never been so pleaseantly surprised with a Jazz CD before. I usually don't buy jazz because to me it's normally a long drawn out process but i really liked this album and it encouraged me to buy more jazz albums like it.
