Summary: Romance Soft Rock/Adult Comtempororary music
Comment: Luis Miguel third album of original material is no dissappointment to me, not by a long shot! Luis has proven is strong vocal talents time & time again with charisma. An album like would do well on the English Adult Contemporary chart. The album did well peaking at #1 on the Top Latin Albums and #43 on the Billboard 200. His voice is rich, smooth & colourful. My favourite songs are the hit singles, "Te Necesito" and "Un Te Amo" as well as all the other songs. Overall rating: B+. Recommended to romantic love songs lovers everywhere.

Summary: Cool and Boring
Comment: When I got this CD and the others I was excited because I wanted this one so badly. Well I started hearing it and it started fine. But then after a while it got boring. Until a fast song started. The names of the songs sound cool but theyre not like that. Some of them are but not most of them. But it was a really um... nice CD.

Comment: Lo que quisiera decir de este disco es que es fabuloso. Su voz es inolvidable y una de las voces más bellas del mundo. Les puedo decir que Luis Miguel definitivamente me ha ayudado mucho con el español. Recuerdo mis clases de español en escuela hace muchos años y sus canciones me ayudaron muchísimo. Nunca hubiera podido aprender español si no habría descubierto a Luis Miguel. Me dio ganas de aprender. Les recomiendo que compren este disco y los otros que ha producido. BUY THIS CD! IT'S GREAT!

Luis Miguel is to be admired for his steadfast homage to the classic Mexican bolero, the romantic ballad that emerged in the 1950s. Over the course of 10 years, he produced four albums of bolero remakes, and introduced them to new generations of music fans. But enough was enough. With 33, Luis Miguel returns to the torchy pop ballads that were his forte before his bolero phase. It's good to report that Miguel is in great shape. He plumbs emotional depths on the classy "Un Te Amo," where a lover appreciates small blessings, and "Devuelveme el Amor," on visiting old friends, solitude, and desperation. But it's not all gloomy. Dance fun is evoked on "Te Necesito," with its fingersnapping beats and backing vocals by Take 6, and "Con Tus Besos," with its thrilling big horns, crisp percussions, and energetic singalong choruses. Production values are excellent throughout, and Luis Miguel's vocals are full, strong, and emotive. Songwriters include Armando Manzanero, Juan Luis Guerra, and Kike Santander. This 11-track CD is convincing proof that even at 33, Luis Miguel is still at the top of his game. --Ramiro Burr
