Summary: Ultimate Chronicle of POG's 24 #1's
Comment: Point of Grace is an amazing band and one stat that can back up that claim is the fact that no one else - in ANY genre has ever had 24 straight #1 hits in their genre. There is a 25th song in this collection that is 'Day By Day' which is an amazing song in it's own right.
What we have here in "24" is a chronicle of their career and string of number 1 hits. If you take into account that all of these were #1's it's the ultimate greatest hits package that anyone has ever been able to release. Each song here is wonderful and each offers great music and a 4 part harmony like only Point of Grace can do.

Summary: I didn't at all like it . . .
Comment: I didn't at all like this CD-set . . . I mean SOME of the songs were OK, but most all of them were blaa. Actually I shouldn't even say SOME - I only like 2! After I heard Keep The Candle Burning and Day By Day on WOWs, I thought they're music was wonderful. But what I didn't think was that those were the BEST songs of their's, and they're still not the greatest! So I went and bought this, and then hated it! I ended up selling it. So out of 24 best of songs, I only like 2. I can't imagine what regular CDs are like since they're NOT "best of" ones! I couldn't recommend this or any Point of Grace CD. The more I heard more of their music - I realized that out of ALL of it, they only have 2 good songs. OK, their new song "I Choose You" is pretty good, but that's it. So I couldn't tell you to get this one, but I could tell you to check out Rebecca St. James. She's, I think, the best female singer out there - Wait For Me (a best of) is her best CD!

Summary: 24 Singles that hit #1 on Christian Music Singles Chart.
Comment: If you are a fan of these amazing girls of grace then you need to get this album. There are 24 songs on it and all of them made the Christian Music Singles Chart as #1. breaking a record of any genre of music. Not rock,country or R&B has ever done that. What an achievement ! These ladies have what it takes to keep the faith and make the long haul to success in Christian Music circles. I have spoken to many young teenage girls who have been to their concerts and have come back changed or renewed in their Christian walk. It is difficult to pick out one song from all these because they are all GREAT! These women are a true inspiration to those who love Christian music. They have great harmony, inspired lyrics and tremendous background music. I highly recommend this double CD to all serious Christian music lovers.

Summary: a great POG cd
Comment: Through the years I have purchased each Point of Grace album. Over time, I have also lost one, let someone borrow and never got it back, etc. This 24 cd is great! I forgot how good their earlier songs were. It was nice to hear them again. There are a couple of personal favorites that I wish were on this cd (what's he gonna say about me?, a house that mercy built). And there are a couple that I'm not personally crazy about that are included. But if you like christian music and /or POG, I highly recommend this cd.

Comment: Point of Grace is inspiring and a beautiful group. If you are having a bad day, pop in one of these two CD's and you'll surely feel better! 24 of their greatest hits on are on these two CD's! highly reccommended! I LOVE POINT OF GRACE :p

Greatest hits packages come and go, but when you can claim 24 consecutive No. 1 radio singles, a feat unmatched in any genre, now that’s something worth celebrating. Which is exactly what Point of Grace does with 24. The double-disc collection is loaded with one gem after another, from the opening "Day By Day," a wonderfully superb new track that showcases the women’s textbook four-part harmonies, to the ending and equally excellent "Praise Forevermore." Even though worthwhile tracks from earlier in the group’s career now sound dated after 10 years, notables such as "The Song Is Alive," "Blue Skies," and "Circle of Friends" demonstrate how comfortable Denise, Shelly, Terry, and Heather have grown with each other over the years. Considering each member’s vocal talents (each is a soloists in her own right), 24 shows us a group of artists who don’t attempt to outperform one another. In humility and respect, these Girls of Grace prefer to blend their harmonies into one beautiful sound. Their music stands the test of time as evidenced by the release, which is a defining moment for one of the most important Christian music groups of all time. --Michael Lyttle
