Summary: boy-book of love
Comment: i was at roxy, a huge dance club in manhattan when i heard this track and searched for months for it afterward, singing the bits i remembered to any clerk who might listen. finally, my sister found the recording and let me know. this tune is so good. it's tough, touching and ridiculously danceable. the female vocals sound drugged and the mood is a fairly ominous one--it sounds like the mothership is taking off in the first 8 beats...if you are one who loves loves loves to bust it loose in your living room or at your house party, etc., please PLEASE give this song a spin. i love love love it.

Summary: A HUGE club smash of 2001
Comment: When i bought this single i wasn't sure what to expect. Peter Rauhofer of Club 69 does an excellent house version of this classic song. He gives it a mix somewhere between New York and trance. I'm glad they also had techno mixes done which is why this single does so well in clubs. It doesn't cater toward a narrow dance audience but widens out so that whatever dance taste you've got you'll be pleased. I've used every mix on this single when i deejay and they all work excellently!

Summary: Smashing Club Hit
Comment: Great Song with hypnotic sounds. As soon as I heard it at GQ in Rochester, NY, I had to get it. There are 9 different remixes on the maxi-single. If you like hypnotic clubs sounds, your sure to like this one.

Summary: A LITTLE DISSAPOINTED!!
Comment: I was so excited about this release. I frequently go dancing at the ROXY here in New York City. Peter Rauhofer is one of my favorite DJ's. His remixes (Tracks 1 and 2) are the best on the disc. As far as the the other remixes....WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? Most of them are just so abstract and hard to dance to. Just when you get into the flow of the remix, it goes off into some weird off-beat tangent for several minutes and that's it. I'm such a big BOOK OF LOVE fan. I also love trance. I guess I thought these mixes would be smoother and trippier and not so choppy and just.....WEIRD! Like I said, the Peter Rauhofer mixes are worth it just to here a good remix of a classic song. But, in my opinion, the other remixes could've been FAR BETTER!
