Customer Rating: Summary: Great Playford album Comment: This album has some of Playford's best songs, including my favorite, 'Mr. Beveridge's Maggot'. This dance is used in the 1995 production of Pride and Prejudice, although it is slightly faster on the cd. You will not be disappointed with this album!!
Customer Rating: Summary: Lovely Music Comment: I bought this for one piece of music played during a dance scene in A&E's Pride and Prejudice as well as Emma. The music is lively and soothing at the same time. Worth every penny.
Customer Rating: Summary: a treat Comment: The sound quality is a treat. The choice of music pieces are delightful and a warm cheerful addition to my sound collection.
Customer Rating: Summary: Delightful Melodies! Comment: What a wonderful purchase this was! It offers charming music to any occasion - especially themed parties. It's a sophisticated addition to my CD collection. Superb!
Customer Rating: Summary: Jolly good time. Comment: Very well done and representative of some early music. Great for living historians looking to get that "period feel" for the music.
