Summary: THANKS FOR EVERYTHING! FYINS Ent.Conglomerate
Comment: At one time this band was by far one of the best I have ever heard , I listened to them after seeing a local station here (the once famous 97X-WOXY Oxford/Cincinatti) put on a show with them for 97cents , I had to go and it was a GREAT time! A few months later they toured as an opener for KMFDM and seeing that front row just for DINK was mind blowing. A few months later with the girl who was destined to become my wife we saw them again at Bogarts... Disaster - only about 50 people shows up at a 2500person club - I still recall bieng told we were the coolest people in Cincinatti! After the show (and getting a vinyl for the Get on it single signed) My fiance and I was put on the bands guest list a week later in Columbus Ohio and was invited to sit with them. They highlighted the new cd that was never released and told us about the EP that would become Tito... Sadly the band is missed and I often wear my DINK shirts and from time to time get questioned...
For those who dont know this band , the music is almost indesribable , a cross between rock , metal , psuedo rap at times and industrial with an AMAZING guitar section - The live shows had no lights but strobes and old 1950s B&W movies played behind them... Are they missed? To the general public who is too wrapped up in the teenie boppers lives... Probably not but to those who the band was kind to and truly loved their music - they are missed far more then anyone could ever know! Also Margaret, Congratulations are in order and if any band member ever reads this... Thanks for Everything! F.Y.I.N.S.!

Summary: i know what happened
Comment: This CD was truly an amazing and innovative CD. the track "Green Mind" is still being played on movie soundtracks and in other countries. One reviewer asked "What happened to this band?". Well, I married the lead guitarist so I can tell you exactly what happened. While working on their 2nd album, Capitol Records dropped them due to financial issues in the company. This led to lots of tension in the band and the band broke up. Unfortunately, the second album sits in a closet somewhere at Capitol Records.

Summary: What happened?
Comment: 1995? How did this band disappear?My comparison is this. This band came out about the same time as Filter and it's hit song "Hey Man, Nice Shot". They're very similar, except Filter is angry, this band is happy.
There was one song "Green Mind" that was featured on MTV. Everybody who hears this song loves it. Unfortunately, this song was not heard by very many. Why?
Suffice to say, this CD rocks. It's highlight in crowd pleasing must be the song "Angels". If you're an afficionado of early 90's cinema, you will recognize it from the club scene of BAD BOYS.
But that's not all this band has to offer. All songs on this CD are worth listening to. Especially "The Heroin Song" and "3 Big Bags."
Criminal that a staple of my high school years has gone unexamined.

Summary: wow first review. BUT WHY?
Comment: this album is very different in that it is neither heavy metal nor industrial. what this band is ,basically, is a combination of LA SEXORCISTO era White Zombie and Crime for All Seasons TKK. Without a doubt this is a very fun album and quite danceable. standout tracks include the THUNDER KISS 65 like 3 BIG BAGS and the WATER which, to me, sounds like MR. AND MRS. BOTTOMLESS PIT by TKK. I haven't found much time to listen to it seeing as I bought Nitzer Ebb's EBBHEAD and KMFDM's NAIVE/HELL TO GO that same day.

Summary: Overall a pretty kick ass Cd
Comment: Kick *** CD for people that are into bands like Skinny Puppy etc... Has lots of cool choruses and is over all a good cd with songs such as The Heroin Song and the heavier Green Mind.
