Customer Rating: Summary: Some Good, Some Bad Comment: Any compilation that has B.B. King's "The Thrill Is Gone" can't be half-bad. But outside of Mr. King's lone top forty hit (which was actually released and peaked in 1969), the rest of Rock On's 1970 collection is mediocre. The Shocking Blues' number one hit "Venus" has an infectious guitar riff and Norman Greenbaum's "Spirit In The Sky" has a funky beat. There are some bad songs like Ray Steven's sickenly sweet "Everything Is Beautiful" and The Hollies' awful "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother".
